You will be equipped to be a Career Mentor for Gen Z. Helping them identify their dream career with our tools and assessments
HOLSITIC MENTOR
You will be able to Mentor 10 -19 year olds on 70 future ready topics using our Tech platform ( content + Activities )
START MENTORING
You can choose to Mentor Teens online/offline or both and in Groups or individually or both. We find the Mentees for you.

What Skills do I need to become a Gen Z Mentor?
1. Effective Communication skills ( Listening and Speaking )
2. Ability to ask the Right questions
3. Empathy
4. Love and undying commitment for the growth of your Mentee
5. Ability to put your Mentee first ( before you )
6. Be open minded and progressive in your thinking :)
7. Ability to keep personal bias aside when Mentoring
8. MOST importantly, Practice what you preach. Do you set Goals, Have a vision board, Manage time better etc

What if i don't get a 4.5 star rating in my Mock Mentorship?
Don't worry, it just means you need to practice more. You will be given one more shot at the Mock Mentoring.

Do I have to get Mentees myself?
Nope. I Love Mondays will find the best Mentee for you and you can begin working with them. We will match them based on the Mentor- Mentee personality.

Do I have to commit full time?
Not necessarily. We have Part time, Full time and Freelance formats available. Once you pick a Mentee or batch, you are to finish what you started. We believe the Mentor-Mentee relationship is precious and cannot be replaced or abandoned in between.

Do I have to be based in India to do this?
Not necessarily. As long as you are able to match the time zones, you are welcome to Mentor from anywhere. #workfromanywhere #gigeconomy

Can I earn 65,000/month?
Yes! you can and even upto 2,00,000/month, provided you focus on quality Mentorship and can spend 20 - 40 hours, depending on the format you choose ( group, one-on-one, career Mentoring, Future ready mentoring etc ).
Time investment: 4 -6 hrs/week

When Can I start Mentoring and get paid for it?
Step 1: Finish your Mentoring Training on 14th August 2022
Step 2: Get a 4.5 Star rating on your Mock Mentoring ( 20th and 21st Aug )
Step 3: Get ready to start your first paid Mentoring.
